Welcome to my spiffy redesigned web site. Lately I’ve been spending time constructing web sites for other people, including Youth Dance Weekend, my band Elixir, the Brattleboro contra dance, and a few other projects. I’ve been finding my way around WordPress, a powerful platform for running dynamic web sites and blogs. I figured it was time to give my own site a facelift and also add some new features, so here is the result.

The most exciting thing about the new site for me (and also, hopefully, for you) is the incredible dynamic always-up-to-date gig calendar! Powered by google calendar and an awesome wordpress calendar plugin, this little gadget means that you can always be sure my schedule is up-to-date and accurate, and I don’t have to do anything to update the calendar. Very cool.

I’ve also added a new tunes page where I’ll periodically post music for new tunes I’ve written. Check back often because you never know when genius will strike in the tune writing department. Of course you can always find a selection of my compositions in my tune book, available here.

So make yourself at home, explore the site, enjoy the music, and keep in touch. I hope to see you at a gig soon!
