next dance: September 14, 2008
On Sunday September 14th the Brattleboro contra dance is a special CD release party celebrating the new CD by Elixir. This combination is rarely seen in New England, so don't miss the chance to dance to the honkin horn section and pick up your very own copy of Super Tonic.

the venue
The dance takes place in the Stone Church at the corner of Main and Grove Streets, just north of the post office in downtown Brattleboro, VT. The Stone Church features a lovely wooden dance floor and excellent acoustics in a convenient location.
timing/pricing
The dance begins at 7:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM. Admission is $10 ($7 students/seniors/low income). Beginners are welcome; all the dances will be taught. You don't need to come with a partner, other friendly dancers will dance with you. For more info email or call 802-257-9234.
